Service availability depends on the user’s location, technician availability, and automated scheduling.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

All information you provide (name, address, phone number, etc.) is accurate.
You will ensure technician access to your premises at the scheduled time.
You will not misuse our services or harass technicians.
Your appliance must be in safe condition for inspection/repair.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of service charges unless otherwise mentioned.
Final charges may vary if additional parts, repairs, or time are required.
Payments must be made online or directly through approved payment methods.
We do not store card/banking details.

4. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

A service booking is confirmed only after successful submission via website.
Users may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment without charges.
If the technician has already been dispatched, a visit or cancellation charge may apply.

5. Service Warranty

Warranty applies only to services done by Alivio Technologies technicians.
Service warranty duration and coverage may vary by service type.
Warranty does not apply to:
- Pre-existing damage or faulty appliances
- Damage caused by mishandling, environment, or third-party service
- Consumable items such as gas, parts, fluids, filters, etc.

6. Parts & Material

If replacement parts are required, costs will be informed before installation.
All parts provided carry only the manufacturer warranty (if applicable).
Alivio Technologies is not liable for manufacturing defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Minor scratches or wear during servicing
Loss or damage caused by electrical failure, improper usage, or third-party work
User’s non-availability during service time
Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited only to the service fee paid by the customer.

8. Technician Conduct

All technicians are trained and verified. If found unprofessional:

The customer must report the issue immediately.
We will take necessary action including replacement or re-assignment.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

Misusing website content or services
Sharing false reviews or fraudulent booking requests
Reselling or redistributing our booking slots or services
Illegal activity affecting our business or technicians

10. Intellectual Property
