Refund & Cancellation Policy – Alivio Technologies

At Alivio Technologies, we strive to offer a smooth service experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules regarding cancellation, service charges, refunds, and rescheduling for bookings made through https://aliviotechnologies.com/ or via our official contact channels.


1. Service Booking Confirmation

  • A service is considered confirmed only after successful booking via our website or customer care.

  • You must provide accurate contact and address information.
    Failure to do so may lead to cancellation.


2. Cancellation by Customer

a. Before Technician Dispatch

  • If you cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, no cancellation charge applies.

b. After Technician Dispatch

  • If the technician has already been assigned/dispatched, a visit/cancellation charge may apply, even if the service is not completed.

c. At Doorstep Cancellation

  • If the technician reaches your location and you choose not to proceed, a mandatory visit charge will be applicable.


3. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your booking up to 2 hours before service time at no extra cost.

  • Rescheduling after dispatch may incur a rescheduling or visit charge.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases only:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made due to technical error.

  • Service not provided after confirmed payment and technician not dispatched.

  • Part ordered and paid for is unavailable or service is technically not possible.

Refund Not Applicable If:

  • Cancellation occurs after technician arrival/dispatch.

  • Customer delays, reschedules last minute, or is unavailable at location.

  • Service is denied by customer after inspection.

  • Damage occurs due to pre-existing appliance issues.

  • Customer chooses not to purchase required parts after diagnosis.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment only.


6. Charges for Replacement Parts

  • Payment for parts/accessories is not refundable once installation is completed.

  • Manufacturer warranty will apply (if provided by brand).


7. No Warranty Refund

  • Warranty is strictly applicable as per service type and does not qualify for a refund in case of appliance defect, external damage, electrical issues, or mishandling.


8. Cancellation by Company

We may cancel a booking due to:

  • Technician unavailability

  • Incorrect user information

  • Unsafe environment for work

  • Misbehavior or harassment with staff/technician

  • Technical constraints making service impossible

In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment is already made and no service has been delivered.
