1. Service Delivery Coverage
We currently provide services only in selected locations within India.
Service availability depends on:
Technician availability in your area
Type of service requested
Local operational capacity
If a service is not available in your location, we will notify you before confirmation.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Dispatch
All services are delivered at your doorstep within your selected time slot (subject to availability).
Bookings are confirmed only after submitting the service request online or via support.
Technician details may be shared via call/SMS before arrival (when applicable).
3. Expected Delivery Time
Most service requests are addressed within the scheduled time slot chosen by the customer.
Emergency/priority services may be subject to additional charges.
In case of delays due to weather, traffic, or technical issues, customers will be informed in advance.
4. Technician Visit
During a scheduled visit:
A qualified technician performs inspection/diagnosis.
If additional parts or time are required, charges will be communicated before work.
Customers must ensure safe access, electricity supply, and presence at location.
5. Shipping of Parts & Materials
Some services may require replacement parts or accessories:
If ordered by customer approval, parts will be brought by technician during the next visit (if not available immediately).
Extra service visits for part installation may incur a visit charge (unless covered under specific service plans).
Parts are subject to brand/manufacturer warranty only, not service warranty.
6. No Physical Product Shipping
Alivio Technologies is primarily a service provider.
We do not ship appliances or standalone products, unless specifically informed as part of a service package.
7. Delays & Rescheduling
Service delivery may be delayed due to:
Weather conditions
Traffic restrictions
Technician unavailability
Public holidays
Safety concerns at customer location
In such cases, service will be rescheduled at the earliest available time.
8. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery of service, the customer must:
Provide accurate address & contact details.
Ensure presence at the location during the appointment.
Maintain a safe environment for technicians.
Provide access to necessary tools, electricity, and workspace.
9. Cancellation During Delivery
If:
The customer is not available at the time of technician arrival, a visit charge may apply.
The customer denies service after inspection, diagnostic or visit charge will apply.
